UTI Bank iConnect Net Banking Problem

Hi,

I am trying to set up my UTI iConnect Net Banking account.

I have the passwords (one for logging in and the other for transactions).

The instructions say "Please use your customer ID as your iConnect login ID".

What is my customer ID?

It's not my account name - that doesn't work. Is it my account number, my ATM Card number, or my ATM PIN?

Any ideas?

I have one attempt left, and then the system will lock!

All the best,

John.

I have the answer:

The Customer ID is a 9 digit number printed on a tear-out slip in the front of the cheque book. It isn't printed on the cheques or on your ATM card.

I now have iConnect Net Banking!

Hah! you're lucky.

I spent some time in a UTI bank filling up all the forms and stuff and expecting to have a bank account by the time I got back from my Kerala trip.

Now they are saying, "can't be done on a tourist visa........"

I ended up with a local account - I can only pay Rupees into it - and I haven't even got my PIO Card yet!
