Translation help
Hello All,
My neighbor is traveling back to India to see his and his wife's familie (they have not seen them in some time). I would like to wish them safe and happy travels in Hindi. Can someone help me with a translation to tell them this. I would be most appreciative! Thanks! Jeff W. ja087(at)hotmail(dot)com Last edited by brownboy66 : May 10th, 2008 at 17:37. Aap ki yatra sukhad aur mangalmai ho. This is a very 'official' greetings.
a more colloquial send off for friends could be : 'acche se jaana aur enjoy KARNA/ KARKE AANA' literally translated in to 'go well (meaning be safe) and enjoy yourself'. cheerio!
