Transfer Employment visa to Business visa?
I am from the UK and in the process of changing jobs from an Indian company to a UK company soon... Is it possible to somehow transfer my Employment visa to a Business visa or do I have to get a completely new one? Am assuming that's a fairly stupid question. So the next question is whether I can get a Business visa without going back to the UK?
Also...is my current visa immediately invalid when I leave my current job? And does that mean flee the country straightaway or do I have any leeway?! |
