Short term Delhi Rental

I will be in Delhi for approx. one month (maybe longer) and am looking for a reasonably priced rental in a somewhat quiet area. i'd like one with an attached bathroom with hot water, and a kitchen, if possible. oh, and a terrace would be lovely...

anyone have any leads or one that they would like to share?

They have some short term flats advertised.

The one posted on Dec. 3rd says it has a grand balcony with excellent views!
