Seeking Apartment for Rent

i am seeking an apartment or similar sublet hat is available now, ideally in south delhi, but am willing to consider elsewhere for the right place.

ideally, 1 or 2-bedrooms (but i will be the only person living there, second bedroom for guests or home office) of high-quality, whether it is brand-new, renovated, or old but beautifully maintained. a balcony or a outdoor courtyard space would be a plus. my first choice would be furnished space, but unfurnished is fine too.

i have seen alot of rentals since arriving here without finding something suitable, so i am willing to pay for the right apartment . i can sign a lease for 11 months, but with an option to opt-out in 5 months, should my employment contract not extend.
