Hi Neil & Florence,

Welcome to Powai

Neil: I've added your email addy to our Expat list & will keep you updated on all planned events.

Florence: Email your contact details to PowaiExpats@hotmail.com so I can get you added also.

FYI: Neil might be a good Idea to edit your original post & delete your email address otherwise you'll get bombarded with "Learn Hindi in 1 month" Spam.

Cheers
Talei

Hi Gizmo
How is your social club going?
I'll be spending a couple of months in Mumbai from mid-Oct and am very keen to meet some other expats.
If you can get in touch with me on nixgreen@hotmail.com that would be great.
Cheers
Nix

Brunch Time again

Hi All,

Apologies again for not regularly replying to queries, I rarely get notifications when people reply to this thread, Anyway ...

Another Brunch is just around the corner,

Due to popular demand I've booked again at the J.W Marriott this Sunday 4th October, kick off from 12:30pm.

On a sad note this will also be Loic's farewell party as his time in India has come to an end, So come say "Bon Voyage" to the Frenchman while enjoying the great food, booze & views at the J.W

Details below:

Venue: Mezzo Mezzo Italian Restaurant.

Address: J.W Marriott Hotel , Juhu Tara Rd, Juhu

Price: 2200 Rs (includes unlimited Beer, Wine & Spirits) or 1731 Rs for the Non Alcoholic option. Prices are VAT inclusive.

Date & Time: Sunday 4th October, kick off @ 12:30pm (Booking is under the name: "Powai Expat Group")

R.S.V.P: By emailing: PowaiExpats@hotmail.com Please no later than Friday 2nd October.

* In order to avoid billing confusion & discrepancies we request payment is made upon arrival to the Maitre De

Cheers & Beers

Talei & Harry

Hi! We will be moving to India early next year. We are looking at renting an apartment in the Powai area. Could someone suggest a Real Estate agent they have used please?

Sadly, our guy was awful--we've been in nearly 6 weeks (and he had 2 additional weeks before that) and we're still awaiting completion of agreed-upon changes. Hopefully you can find someone good. You may want to send an email through Mumbai Connexions (you can google them).
