OCI/PIO--Attending University in India?
OCI/PIO--Attending University in India?
Do OCI or PIO holders pay the foreign student tuition rates or Indian student tuition rates?
Additionally, do Indian universities have intensive language programs (not four year degrees) that other Indian nationals can attend? For instance, a Hindi speaker learning Malayalam in a full time program that focuses only on the language for a semester or longer. And would these be open to holders of the OCI?

They certainly pay the Tuition meant for Foreigners or Non Citizens. The Indian Fee is meant for Indian Citizens.
