middle eastern food
hi all - I'm looking for bulgar wheat and pomegranate molasses? have a hankering to cook some middle eastern fare, any ideas?

Mm, pomegranite molasses. I only heard of this stuff while reading a cookbook the other day, but it sounds good.
Unfortunately no idea where you can buy it in the US or Australia, though! |

I'm in Delhi, and can probably find what i need in INA market, but hoping somebody had a secret, fabulous middle eastern market hidden away somewhere.

Pomogranate molasses i have seen it in a speciality shop in Houston..bulgur wheat is found in most shops in Houston...

There is a great middle-eastern restaurant (somewhat pricey) in Chennai...It was near some big university and was a really dope spot that myself and others used to kick it at....

pomegranate molasses can usually be bought in one of those asian supermarkets that sell stuff from around the whole of se asia. don't know where in oz you are, but we have a few here that cover the whole region and are absolute aladdin's caves. |
