Oh yeah, any place where you can buy packets of pancit canton, you know the quick ramen types? or better yet, actually eat filipino food?

Hey, I'm Filipino-American and just moved to Delhi almost two months ago. @IndiaPilot, hey if you find somewhere to eat Filipino food let me know! The closest I've found is some of the North East foods. Oh, in one of the INA food stores, they always speak a little Tagalog to me and carry some products. You could try there.

@IndiaPilot The shop in INA has some products like Datu Puti, cracker nuts, lumpia wrappers, patis, pearl river soy sauce (chinese but whatever). For some reason, I'm thinking they also had sweet longaniza, but maybe I'm just being hopeful. It's called Ashok General, located a couple stores up from the halal butcher on the corner (the one with the cages up front). They guy tells me that Filipinos shop in the morning (I'm not that motivated).

Re: North East foods. Sorry, I should've been clear. I meant food from the North East. Not the exactly the same, particularly not in tanginess, but there is liberal usage of pork. At the Dilli Haat, the Nagaland stall's mild version of pork curry is kinda close to what I'd get at home. I also had a pork noodle dish at a North East restaurant in Amar Colony (you have to ask for pork - not on the menu). Again, I've only been in town for a couple months, so I'm still looking for more.
