Living and working in India
Living and working in India
Hi there,
I am considering living and working in India with my family. I have small kids, and will live on a hillstation. Anyone with advice, or websites or mailing list about this subject with detail?
Thanks,
Jyotsna

Hi Jyotsna,
your name sounds indian but I dunno if you are one...if you are a non-indian then I guess you would prefer to be close to international schools and things like that...in that case try south india where you have 2 beautiful hill stations...ooty and kodaikanal...kodaikanal has a very good international school called the Kodaikanal international school...and ooty has a lot of nice schools but no international ones...of the 2 kodaikanal would be abetter choice because it is much cleaner and also has a sizeable number of expats...do let me know if you need any further info...meanwhile lemme search for sites that would help you.

Ooty does have Hebrons, very similar to Kodai international in all aspects but does not offer IB but A & O levels and mainly British staff. Another school Good Shepherds recently went international too and has been winning this prestigious Swiss award for schools consistently since the mid 80's.
