Like masala chai, I love "Indlish" and "Hinglish"
IndiaWest Newspaper - English Dictionary Accepts "Desi"
A number of words of Indian origin are accepted as aprt of the English language - freshie, gora (white), chuddie, yaar, desi...............I think this is SO COOL... Really in India the two official languages are Indlish and Hinglish! hardly anyone speaks English....what do you think, yaar? Surveying teacher to student: " Lower it, lower it...too much, too low,.... now upper it, upper it"! ![]()
