Investing in the Andaman Islands?
Hi folks,
Myself (a Brit) and an Indian friend are thinking about investing in a building and converting it into a luxury hotel in the Andamans. Nothing big, perhaps with about six suites to be marketed as an ideallic getaway for honeymooners. Does anyone have any idea about market prices for this kind of thing? And restrictions on who may own and develop there? And what the procedure is? Cheers! Robin |

I believe it may be a Restricted Area for foreign nationals.
