Internship Opportunities
I'm a political science/psychology undergraduate from Singapore who is keen to intern in India for 3-4 months. I'm looking at publications like The Economist, maybe even Outlook India; or at development organizations like the UN or the world bank. If I can find a 'right' NGO, I wouldn't mind that either.
I spent a month working with an NGO in Kolkata, and I consider myself fairly 'tuned in' to Indian culture, being from Singapore and all. I don't think I will have trouble 'adapting'. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can start looking? I'd like to be stationed in either Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Kolkata. |

Hi!
If you become a member of AIESEC (one of the largest student organizations) you will find lots of internship opportunities in India. And you get the advantage of a network of interns from all over the world. Just search on the net about your local AIESEC commitee or ask in your university! |
