Indian equivalent to Usha Jain's Intro to Hindi Grammar

Hi there everyone! I am trying to learn Hindi and I saw several recommendations for Usha Jain's Intro to Hindi Grammar. I have done some searching and sadly have been unable to find it here in India. Can anyone suggest something similiar that I can buy here? I have Snell's Beginner's Hindi and found the complete Hindi course online for sale here as well but I thouht that I would get a grmmer book as well. I have found several other grammer books but I am unsure how they would compare and since I can't just go to the bookstore and check them out, I want to be sure I get something good
Thanks for your suggestions.
