Look for a job paying 25,000USD/year. Then apply for an employment visa. Easy..

No offense but if that's you in your avatar picture then allow me -as a guy who has been known to hire/fire people and to have done some managerial stuff- to give you some free advice in preparation of job interview time:- Avoid pink shirts
- If you choose to disregard the above, don't add insult to injury by complementing said shirt with a non-contrasting pink tie!
As for the rest, the other posters have indicated the main requirements. Can only add that there's no dearth of people fitting your profile willing to work for substantially less than the 25k that are required for foreigners AND who speak local languages. I assume you speak Romanian, perhaps also some other languages (apart from English which is irrelevant in this context) so try to find a niche in that field, find or create a competitive edge and exploit that, that's your only chance, except if you already have a long and solid track-record in which case you wouldn't be posting this query here.
"It is preferable to have a criminal for a servant rather than a fool because a criminal's actions are predictable and you can protect yourself against them, whereas there is no telling what a fool's next move will be.
Surely you would have had strict procedures in place to avoid discrimination against pink shirts? Do you do a sock examination? I was famous for my socks, so I'm sure you would never have employed me.
Apologies in advance to dillichaat, with whom my father will wholeheartedly agree.
I once refused to go to the office in Singapore (to sort out a commercial emergency on another ship that they wanted me to-something that I was not employed for) off a ship in Singapore unless a) shorts and tshirt were ok... it was hot and b) I was allowed to smoke there- since a smoke stimulates my brain cells when they are under pressure.
b) was a bigger problem.. Singapore has very strict rules, but they circumvented that by giving me a cabin that they declared a smoking area and not a cabin, I think.
In my offtopic and mild opinion, what is inside the head is considerably more important than what is outside the chest, with some notable exceptions, of course.

Exceptions would include Pamela Anderson & Samantha Fox I hope.

You are absolutely right. If a guy who can generate multimillion dollars in sales/profit and who has a proven track record were to walk into my office wearing a pink tutu with an ostrich feather sticking out of his you know what then I'd hire him immediately. Results before (almost) anything. All those who come equipped with less stellar track records can get themselves a good quality charcoal grey or navy blue suit (NO shiny synthetics that make you look like you owe money, no wrinkle prone linen), a good quality plain white cotton shirt, black patent leather shoes and a non obtrusive tie

But I admit being a conservative business attire taliban, as my wife never ceases to point out. My most extreme business shirt is a light blue one with French cuffs and a herringbone pattern. I've got about 10 suits hanging in my closet (and an indecently large number of ties) and at first glance they look the same. But they aren't! (as I point out to my better half, shaking finger indicating a slightly different texture)
If I had my way (which I fortunately don't) then one of the tests upon hiring a sales rep who'd travel a lot would be giving him a freshly washed dress shirt and having him iron and fold it in front of me. If they can't pull that off then they'll either look wrinkled, take their wife/mother along on trips or inflate bills by having their shirts pressed every night, none of which are conducive to the bottom line.

Absolutely, although I do believe silicon valley is not doing all that well in the downturn. My post was three-quarters in jest, folks, but I think dillichaat
and my father will get along like a house on fire. He still hasn't forgiven me for not stitching a suit out of the pricey 'suit length' he presented me twenty years or so ago.
I also learnt that I will never make a sales rep in DC's outfit
I sometimes iron things by putting them under the mattresses of hotel rooms- all folded- and sleeping on them.

I would never employ someone who came to interview in one of those absurd, stupid and ugly coloured shirts with white cuffs and collars. I'd be loathe to buy anything off such a person too, and very, very wary of entering into any sort of ongoing business relationship. The belong to the MBA/consultancy crowd. I don't want anything to do them --- at least, not in work or business.I cannot remember the last time I owned, let alone wore a plain white shirt. I don't think that ever affected my career. Oh, wait... I have a couple of plain white Indian kurtas.
Anyone who can't be smart and clean for an interview, and at least within reach of the dress code of the environment in which they seek to work, is definitely out. Otherwise, a little colour (not brash) and imagination should be encouraging.
