Help needed-I am a foreigner marrying my Indian fiance.

Hi everyone. I met my Indian Catholic fiance in Canada, we will get married in my hometown in MX and live in Canada. I would like to kindly ask for your guidance/information regarding:

*Marriage registry: Is it required to register the MX marriage in India?

* Travel to India: What are my options while visiting India (tourist card, PIO, etc)

* Rights and Obligations according to the Indian law by marrying an Citizen of India.

Thanks in advance!

No.

As a visitor, they are the same as they are now; tourist visa is simple. If you want to visit often, or spend extended periods of time there, other visas are available, or PIO after some time of marriage

1. Scrubbing is back in the shower.

2. Cooking his food

3. Serving him and any guests, and not eating until they have finished.

4. Washing his clothes

5. ... ... ..

Congatulations, and best wishes to you both
