Heading for Goa

This is my first time on any forum ever and I hope to learn as I go so please be gental with me, I know I am most likly in the wrong place for this message as its not a reply to anything.
I will be going to Goa the last two weeks of April, It is a holiday with a view to moving there some time over the next five years.
I have been to India manny times and have been married to an indian for thirty years. I have always felt comfortable there and have mostly found the people to be very friendly.
I ofter stay with my Brother & Sister in-law in Delhi, Ranjoori Gardens to be exact, well away from the tourist area's so meet mainly the local's who always want to invite you to there homes for a meal and conversation about India the UK the past the present and the future, we oftern disagree yet never trated with anything but genuine kindnest.
I have never been to Goa before but have heard many good things about it, I need to know about the basic's like doctors, dentist, hospitals what they cost which are the best would anyone recomend some.
I am also interested in weather to rent or buy a property and to find out all that is involved as a UK resident in buying property in Goa, I know about the 181 days before you can buy privatly but other red tape is involved, anyone who is already living in Goa and has some good advice other than don't do it I would be greatfull.
