|  Goa police checks In South Goa, many foreigners I know are getting personal visits to check their papers. This morning a cop from Colva police station came to my door with a list issued, I think, by the FRO in Panaji. He asked for copies of passport, visa, Form C, an old electricity bill with my house number on it and an old expired Residents Permit.  Make sure your papers are in order.
