Experience with investing in real estate
I am thinking of buying land as an investment. (individual investor).
Buying is obviously easy with all the advertisements.... but am wary of what would happen at the time of selling. Can anyone please share their experiences in this regards? Is it atleast as streamlined as buying? or will I have to pay hapta (I would restrict myself to the major metropolitan areas.. delhi... bombay... madras... bangalore.. hyderabad....) Thanks |

The quote post has been removed as offers of professional services are not allowed under our commercial activities rule Before worrying about how much money the OP would like to invest, you should be asking him whether he is eligible to buy land in India.
