Electricity/voltage in India
Hiya
Can anyone tell me what the voltage of the electricity is in India? Is it 240v? Can't remember. If it's different to the UK, what type of travel plug do I need to take with me? Cheers :0) Lillywoooooooooooooooooo |

Hi Lilly
Just do exactly as you would if you are going to anywhere in Europe, there is two pin and 3 pin (round) here but 2 pin stuff will actually work from a 3 pin socket also so pretty much any adaptor you already own should be ok. Voltage here depends on how many people are using electricity or if its raining but doesn't go over 240v, all my stuff is British and nothing has gone bang in 2 years of being here! |
