Detail of Living Cost in Mumbai

Hi, nice to know there is one forum like this forum.
I have question about detail of living cost in Mumbai. My office in Andheri Kurla and I plan to stay in Powai. I want to know how far from Powai (Vikhroli) to Andheri Kurla if i go with my folding bicyle?
Also I want to know rent cost for 1 room apartment in Powai. Any idea how much the cost for 1 room apartment in Powai?
It'll be gratefull if someone cna post detail of living cost in Mumbai.

1. You can't bicycle to work from Powai to Andheri.
2. 15,000 should be the rough range (Bombayites may correct me).

I live in Andheri and work from home. I own this 2 BHK and a car.
I have no loan what so ever. Never had any.
I am married and have a 7 year old kid.
My monthly expense runs to 50,000+ Rs. excluding entertainment. Just basic cost of living for a family of 3 in Mumbai.
