American college student getting an internship in India

I'm a white American college student majoring in Communication and Cultural Studies. I've been to India multiple times before (since I was a child.) I was thinking of getting an internship in the U.S. at MTV but I thought it would be great to get in with MTV India. Any information on this? Is it possible? Where is MTV India's headquarters?

i'm sure its quite possible, but its most probably going to be an unpaid internship. So you may want to decide if you really want to work in a foreign country without getting paid.

Their headquarters is located in Mumbai, and you can actually get in touch with them on their website at www.mtvindia.com

One thing you can try is that maybe you can try to get in touch with someone from MTV here and tell them what you want, and they can probably give you more info on that, because I know that MTV from the US and MTV India are both owned by Viacom.

BTW, most interneships at entertainment companies are unpaid.
