Taxi rental

Hi all:

I will be in Hyderabad for 10 days and I would like to rent a car (with driver) everyday to get me around.

Does anyone know how much it costs to rent a car for a day?

In Delhi area, Rs 700 will get you an A/C car for 8 hours including 80 kms.

And does anyone have any recommendations of any such companies? I would like to avoid renting through the hotel.

Check out http://www.carzonrent.com/ It's a Hertz affiliate. I'm not sure what the daily or weekly rate is, but we use them for our long-term rental here.

Found a taxi for Rs 850 which includes 8 hours and 80 kms. Additional km is Rs 5.50 and Rs 50 additional hour.

Not too bad when you have to rent a car every day.
