Hyderabad does not have a hell of a lot of music, but there are shows (including, given your username, sufi ones) from time to time.
Announced a few days in advance- or sometimes just one- in the newspapers.

There used to be some Sufi sessions at the Nampally Dargah....I suspect they continue.Off the beaten track is Moula Ali. Also Dargah Hussain Shahwali.
Capt., mentions newspapers: http://www.munsifdaily.com/ http://www.siasat.com/ Can you read Urdu? I can't. |

There is another small Dargah, off Tolichowki, which used to have Quawwali, etc. Actually it's called Dargah Hussain Shah Wali.

also, you can check on sulekha.com for events in the city and also classical programs are listed in it. you can also check with a musical instrument shop near patny right opposite to manju theatre. those people will be able to help you. |

On-and-off Jazz/Western Classical concerts are also organised by the German Centre (Goethe Zentrum) and the BCL, from what I know. But you need to follow the newspaper listings for details.

fullhyd.com has some event listings.
Here's what's listed for upcoming concerts. Looks like lots of classical, and hey, a Jai Ho concert. |
