More details would really help anyone to suggest a route.

Are your parents 30 or 90?

What's their budget?

Can they take a 30+ hour train journey?

What day of the week are they likely to depart Hyderabad? (or what day do they want to arrive in Varanasi?)

How about 6 X 12 hour bus trips?

Is walking an option? (it's cheap)

The majority of indiamike members will not know that Kashi = Varanasi.
