Hyderabad airport: prepaid (not radio) taxis?
you will find Logan as the most commonly available Radio cab. Even that might not be able to accommodate all your luggage. Both Meru and easy cab staff is very helpful and will surely find you one of the larger cars from their fleet.
Another option is orange cabs. I know for sure they run innovas, which is big enough. http://www.orangecabs.com/index.php
You can call them up and I think they should be able to arrange an airport pickup without any additional cost.
You only have to pay the metered fare plus any night surcharge.

Yes they are safe. Just look for those Mahindra Logan vehicles. You should be able to find one easily as soon as you get out of the arrivals lounge.
Look for Meru. I've found them professional and reliable.

But its a hell of a distance away from anywhere in the city.

Nothing compared to Bangalore Airport from Bangalore City and more so from Koramangala, HSR Layout, Whitefield, etc. or for that matter even Noida or Greater Noida from Delhi Airport. By the way, the way Hyderabad is growing, Gachibowli will soon be the heart of the city thus making the airport just a short drive away. Do we can rely on AeroExpress
HI All,
Just one suggestion required,
We can rely on Aeroexpress Hyderabad (According to the time mentioned in it's site) or it's suggestable to book a Cab ?
Travellin Day Would be Friday 30th Dec
Flight timings : 17:00
Planning to catch the Aeroexpress from Hitech X Roads around 14:45 (I beileve it's 2 stop from the starting point in Hitech city)
Thanks for your time and kind help.
Regards,
Ankit

No, you may not rely on the website time table as that is an old one but you can always check the actual time table from the person manning the actual stop or by calling the aero express number on the website. If you are 3 pax, you save money by taking Meru/Easy/Sky A/C radio cabs.
Even if you are 2 pax, the headache of reaching Hi-Tec stop and having to disembark at the lower ground floor at the airport makes taking a cab VFM. Hiring a non A/C Indica certainly makes it cheaper for 2 pax compared to Aero Express.
What I did last time : I was alone. I just went to the aero express stop and convinced 2 other fellow passengers to skip the bus and share the cab with me (promised them to split the cab bill 3 way equally or maximum 180 to them as that is what they would have paid for the bus). It was around 2315 and the next bus was at midnight while the cab charged 25% night rate also. Bill came to 660 and both agreed that it was better to have agreed to share the cab and readily paid 220 each. This was airport to Begumpet before the bus ticket increase.
In case of cab, you can start from Hi-Tec at 1515 and easily be in time for the flight at 1700.
