Finding winter clothes in Hyderabad -- in February??

I've been living in Hyderabad for a few months, and have just made plans to head to Ladakh at the end of April. Problem is, it will still be cold in Ladakh then, and I neglected to bring any winter gear with me to India.

Anyone know of a place in Hyderabad that might still sell warm jackets, gloves, hats, etc . . . even in February??

If not . . . I will also be stopping in Delhi along the way. Think I might be able to pick up something there? (Again, it will be absurdly hot in Delhi at that point, so I'm not really sure . . . )

Thanks for any input you might have

If you can, buy in Delhi. Much greater variety, including in pricing. Hyderabad has very little choice in comparison.

End of April should not be that cold in Ladakh. Chilly at night, though.

Delhi, many places. Depends where you are staying.

Hyderabad,

Chermas, average quality.
Abids, a couple of shops next to Andhra Hosiery
Limited stock at shopping malls like Central. Also seen at Pantaloons.

There may be more. I don't go to these places much, but my sense is that choice is pretty limited, since the market is.

Liksha i think you should buy things in Delhi or Ludhiana. as you will get good ones and wide options. there is no winter in Hyderabad. so hardly you will get sweaters to protect cold of the magnitude of Ladakh.
