Business travel for 3 months-seeking housing

My husband and I are looking for a good service apt in the Banjara Hills area. We live in the States and I can't seem to find anything online. Can anyone recommend how we should begin our search? Also, I've never lived in India so I'd love to hear from others on their experience so far in living in Hyderabad.

Instead of searching you can put free ads. on several sites such as www.olx.in, www.quikr.com or www. sulekha.com as you are bound to get good and multiple responses. You have to register on these sites for posting the ads. and while posting don't forget to choose the city i.e. Hyderabad in your case.

As mentioned above Falcons Nest is one very good option...Also what you can do is join the 'Hyderabad Expats' group on Facebook as many people post details about flats which are available for rent n stuff...also you can get the info you need from expats living in Hyderabad. If you could compromise on your location and want a good gated apartment society then My Home Jewel is one of the best in Hyderabad.. It is six crisil rating and after moving frm States , you will definitely want nicely maintained aprtments community with all basic amenities. I will recommend MHJ as I too stay there and lots of people from States too. check the pictures and rentals at myhomejewel.blogspot.in/

MHJ will not work out unless they can find a furnished apartment which may not be easy to come by.
