I can't help with names, neither do I have an idea of whether they give good rates.
But, there are moneychangers around Panjagutta (you have to come downhill on the hotel road and turn left) and not far from Hyderabad Central Mall (also at Panjagutta). Most are on higher floors of buildings; if you look up, you will see their hoardings. There may well be a moneychanger or two on Road no 1, Banjara Hills, and this may be closer to you (go uphill on that same road and you hit Road no 1, turn left). There are some banks there for sure opposite the City Square mall, you could check there first. Hardly a five to ten min walk for this one. Both Axisbank and HDFC Bank are out here, there may be others too.
