Beers
Are there any other beers in town other than Fosters, Royal Challenge, Kingfisher and Bud? I went to Dublin at the Kakatiya last weekend thinking for sure I'd get a Guinness but they don't serve it. No ales either. Whaa!? Can't really be an Irish pub then, eh? Haven't seen much else. And is it true that if one brings a lady or two to B&C or 10 Downing Street you won't have to pay the exorbitant covers? They wanted Rs. 1000 to 1500. Ouch. Saw some fella walk right into Downing St. with two ladies on his arm. Just wondering, been looking for a place where there are a variety of beers and pretty faces to look at. Most places we've been to have been full of fellas and not choices of beers. Not big on the night life, just searching for a "western" type pub/bar for a hangout. Disclaimer: Married and a good boy , but still like pretty company. I'll at least take the wifey out to these places when she visits if it doesn't break the bank.

Hey Tybee
I'm visiting Hyderabad for a few days.... I'll accompany you to a pub so you can get in free, if you'll do some city sightseeing with me - the usual... Fort, Charminar, Buddha statue, Lumbini Park, etc. Deal? |

As for the fort and Charminar, I was just there a few weeks ago and plan to go again when the wife comes out to visit in a few more. Thats' a longish day and I don't want to get burnt out on it. I've still to see the Buddha up close but again, promised the wifey we'll do it together, so that it'll be new for both of us. But I'm down for checking out the Lumbini park area or Eat Street which is right over there as well. Be happy to meet you out there for an afternoon ![]() |

An embarrassment of riches, really. Bud is the last thing I drink at home. I like Dublin, just a bit pricey. Pool is free though. And they show sports. ![]() |
