Arrival in hyderabad

Hi, we are a French family arriving in Hyderabad within 3 months, for a research and sabatic university year (public health and pharmacology). We will stay with our 4.5 yo daughter.
Do you know cool expat condominiums with swimming pool to recommand? We will work in Begumpet area.

Thank you for your help!
Kind regards

For a start you could look in the classified ads in The Times of India, Hyderabad, which can be read online at http://epaper.timesofindia.com

Most of the newer expat "compounds" are going to be located in Gachibowli or HiTec which would be a bit of a drive for you. If the long commute is ok, check out Lumbini Springs, Jaybherri Meadows or Aparna Orchids...those three are pretty popular with expats from my company. There are some gated apartment communities in Banjara Hills (closer to your office) with pools that have expat familes as well...check out Stone Valley, Whisper Valley and Trendset Vantage.

Deccan Chronicle has comes out with a good listing of rental ads every Sunday.
You can browse them online at
www.deccan.com , in the classifies section.

Run through the ads for a few weekends to get a feel of whats is available and the rentals.

Finding a nice place to stay closer to Begumpet would not be an issue but getting a decent swimming pool, well thats another story.

If you have a budget in mind then maybe I can recommend some places. Also mention how many bedroom place you would need.
