Bathrooms in India are often a great source of the bizarre, strange and unexpected. Check out some of my favorite bathrooms:

Those are great pics, who thought I would ever get so much amusement out of pictures of bathrooms.
...and yes I have been guilty of sitting on the toilet and showering at the same time.
We should have a photo contest for bathroom of the month.
Mike
yes good idea!!!
shocking pictures!
One trusts the wiring inside India's atomic energy facilities is more carefully installed and maintained than these shockers. Although after reading the reports from Chernobyl, I have my doubts...
I'll just add my own picture to the pool. Delhi.
(BTW, my worst bathroom yet for electrical safety was in Bukittingi, Indonesia. The entire inside surface of the door had been lined with galvanised steel sheeting, and a fragile cable for the light snaked around the door jamb, getting pinched by the metal once the door was closed!)

!00% tested on Opera!

...unless you're using a browser called Opera, when it shows fine, for some inexplicable reason.See what you're missing (and it's faster and more secure than IE, too!): free Opera browser
Sorry Toker
No Opera for me. I have 609 kB of Bookmarks and Opera is uncapable of importing them the way God intended it. It messes them up and there is no way I would reorder such quantity manually.
But If you want added functionality to IE, check Crazy Browser or Fast Browser, both shells to IE. They add usable practical tabs with various customisations and both have efficient Pop-ups killers!!!
For those who manage large quantities of bookmarks, I warmly recommend Compass, a great bookmarks manager that directly opens pages in IE or Netscape.
Links to all mentioned programs can be found on my homepage under the "personal mix" section.

wouldn't advise it!
A competition? Not a good idea.
This site is already popular with Indian hoteliers. If they get wind of a competition for photos of the worst bathrooms, they'll likely start ripping apart perfectly good bathrooms to increase their chances of winning.
It could lead to a drop in bathroom standards across the entire subcontinent.
