Oh nick, that is a classic. I've had the half inch flick to the left, and the slow closing of eyes. Sometimes the head is imperceptibly slanted back about two inches.

btw. the easiest way to learn the head wiggle is try drawing an 8 with ur head clockwise...thats it

It's like that "WTF?" (Err... I'm not really allowed to use such language on the forum, I know ) gesture that people do with the hand here in Southern India was made clear to me by the description unscrewing a light bulb!
