Thiruvananthapuram: Passengers of a flight from Jeddah today staged a sit-in protest inside the aircraft when it landed here, 30 hours behind schedule, spoiling their Id-ul-Fitr celebrations.
When the Gulf Air flight from Jeddah via Muscat, scheduled to land here yesterday morning, reached here at 1230 hrs, the passengers refused to get down, demanding compensation.
