'Mother of all journeys'
The following is taken from the Asian Age newspaper (London edition), there is no Internet link available.
. . . . kailashgiri brahmagiri knows how to see India cheaply.....Walk. He is a 32-year-old man from Ujjain; he pledged to carry his 80-year-old blind mother to all the holy places in India. He covers 5 - 10 Kms a day. He started his walk in Ujjain 8 years and seven months ago and expects to finish his 10,000 Kms walk in 12 years time.
