Holi smoke, batman
Righto, any recommendations on where to be for Holi? I'll be on the lower half of the East Coast around March 3. I reckon Pondicherry would be fun to watch the paint-powder fly. Yes? No?

Holi is not really celebrated as much in south India as it it is the north, altho I am sure you would find something somewhere if you looked hard enough.
I was in Chennai during Holi last year and never heard or saw any celebration..... |
