Yoga & Meditation in Mcleodganj : my experience

Hi Everyone

Just thought I would drop a post about my yoga experience. I convinced my boyfriend to give yoga a try and we happen to stumble apon a place where we could get personal tuition for 200 rps each. The guys we found was Mitter Gasny and he runs an Ayurvedic centre on Jogiwara road.

We did 2 hours every morning for the past 7 days as the sun came up. It was ontop of one of the roofs looking directly at the mountains. It was great, I really recommend him if you would like a more personal approach to yoga. My boyfriend is now hooked and can really see the benefits.

What is also great is that the roof which we use is part of a monastry so the money you pay also goes into helping the monastry with food etc...

thats awesome. i am planing a return trip to dharamsala this summer and will be looking for some good yoga training this time.

hey. are you there now? what are the current prices for things?
I want to see what the price difference is now compared to when I was there in 2006.

In rupees how much are things like:
Bottle of water
A typical lunch
Average Hotel
