Weather in Mcleod Ganj

Arriving in the begining of August what will the weather in Mcload Gange be like?

mc leod ganj is always cold. Dharamshala is lesser than that and Kangra even lesser all are in distance of 20 km on the same road. So you can stay anywhere you want

Most North Americans and Europeans will not ever find McLeod Ganj cold except from December through February. A t-shirt and a rain jacket is all I ever needed in August. Monsoon will last until mid September so expect a lot of rain.

Mc leodganj will be pleasant in August.

You just need to wear light woolens towards evenings and morning.

During the day its very much pleasant in cottons..
