Travel from Chamba to Keylong via Pangi Valley
I am currently in Kullu and plan to head to Keylong and (eventually) Leh. But instead of going through the (horrendous) Rohtang route again, was thinking of going the longer way around by exploring the Chamba Valley and heading to Killar from there.
My questions are -
1). Is public transport available from Chamba to Killar via the Sach Pass at this time of the year?
2). Is it possible to find a bus or a jeep from Killar to Udaipur or is it easier to go in the Jammu direction via Kishtwar?
3). Is Killar worth staying the night or are there nicer places around?

Thanks
But I have abandoned the plan for now and am going to Darcha to start the trek to Lamayuru. Seems doable on a budget now. Might go to the Pangi Valley on the way back. Will keep your tips in mind when I do that. Cheers!
