Sorry, It's quite late to response. I was away. Anyway "Better late than naver" ha ha...

My Trip plan is ---
Sep 29 - Kalka to Sarahan
30 - Sarahan to Chitkul
01 - Chitkul to Sangla. Then to Kalpa
02 - Kalpa to Tabo
03 - Tabo to Kaza, Kibber and back Kaza
04 - Kaza to Chandratal Lake (if possible). Night stay at Chatru or Batal
05 - Reaching Manali
06 - Manali to Kalka for Train

This is my plan. not quite sure how much we can meet.

Here is the HPTDC site http://hptdc.nic.in/. You can find the hotels and their location. Staying in HPTDC hotels are always advisable. But they are little bit costly.

Please let me know your tour plan, so that I can supply more info.
