Things covered under my fees to DMAS

I read about the skiing course conducted by DMAS. The fees is Rs. 3150. What are the things covered under this i.e. food, transport, accommodation etc.

What extra charges and expenditure will I have to incur once I reach Manali?

Is the amount of snow in manali in January good enough for learning skiing

Which should I prefer- Narkanda or Manali?

I know this is too early to ask about something for January 2009, but i wanted to know so please reply.

Have you seen their website? This is what it says for the Rs. 3150:

Maybe you could contact them directly for clarifications.
