Awesome!! Really Awesome!! I've been planning this trip for us, next year October. What I think of this TR is that reading once will not do justice. I will read it again and again till I actually visit Spiti.

At that time of the year Kunzum pass is touch and go. It could be closed.

Read Spiti in October and http://paromitadebroy.blogspot.in/20...yas-spiti.html

It's a touch and go kinda plan. You will be travelling lot and enjoy few. However, keep buffer days in between and in order to do that you need add atleast two days in your existing itinerary. As pointed out earlier, Kunzum will always be question at that time. Even tent option at Chandrataal might not be there. Hire a vehicle with high GC since the road from Batal to Gramphu, which is a 50 KMs stretch and will fall on the way to Manali, is actually filled with boulders to make it a road.

The plan is doable but it wont be relaxed. I guess you have shortage of time, but then you can strike out few places or add some more days in your plan to truly enjoy the trip, you should have one buffer day at kalpa or chitkul , you left out sarahan ,
your day 7 looks very packed, if you trek to dhankar lake , it will take more time
1 night homestay at some village will be great experience.
Tent stay at chandrataal may not be such a good option because of the cold breeze at that time of the year , better to stay at loshar for the night and start early next morning. You should give more time to spend to these villages- komic/demul/langza..they are out of the world. best of luck

on 15th, u need not to come back to chitkul as it will be backtracking from kalpa to chitkul. u can stay night in kalpa only.
where do u plan to stay on 19th night? there is lots of distance between ctaal and manali. like mote than 100 kms. plan accordingly.
