Solo male planning road trip for 10 days in July to Himachal..

Hi,
I am 30 yr old from Gurgaon, who after lot of waiting decieded to go solo on a trip.
I am planning to take 10 day off in July first week from office and go for 1500-2000 km drive to Himachal Pradesh from Delhi. I am going solo this time as all my friends find their 'naukri' more interesting than this trip.
Through my thread I want help from the experienced members to suggest me a route for my drive. I plan to visit three places and stay there for 3 nights each. I look for only two things in any place
1. Excellent food (new dishes to try)
2. quite place

Am also looking for company if someone is intrested (but music vl be of my choice :P).

Why do you not try Himachal parikrama? One of my friend will go on parikrama in July 1st week. He will start from Paunta Sahib, Naina Devi, Chamba, Sach Pass, Pangi Valley, Lahaul, Kunzum pass, Spiti valley, Kinnaur, Rampur, Rohru, Tyuni and again at Paunta Sahib.
He will also go by bike.

I will be in Sangla on 30th and plan to do a solo trip from Lahaul- Spiti on 1st..
