Shivalik Express Tickets

Folks,

How do I book the tickets? I tried booking at the local computerised railway reservation center in bangalore, but to no avail. The guys there said they dont do booking for narrow gauge trains. It has to be done at Kalka. Is it true? Please let me know.

Regards,
Abhay

Maybe the booking is permitted if the Shivalik Express is used as a connection alongwith booking on the Howrah-Kalka Mail.

shah_vm,

The computerised booking window at Kalka will be open till 20=00 hrs., so you can book for the next day's Shivalik Express. As you'll be travelling in off-season, the chances of your getting the tickets one day in advance are high.
