Shimla, Kulu Manali in November

Hello all,

I am new to this forum. Need guidance on my planned trip to Shimla, Kulu, Manali, Dharmsala, and Dalhousie. My trip is scheduled in second/third weeks of November.

1. Any chances of Rohtang open during that time?
2. Planning to travel by HPTDC buses from Shimla to Manali and Manali to Dalhousie during night. any chances of those buses getting canceled during that time?
3. Important places to visit in Shimla, Kullu, Manali, and Dalhousie.

1. Rohtang will be closed by that time.
2. HPTDC buses will run... unless there is some extraordinary event.
3. That'll be a big list... why not search some threads...

I doubt about HPTDC buses from Manali to Dalhousie or Dharamsala. HRTC also has no Volvo buses from Manali to these places. I think HRTC have limited ordinary buses to Dalhousie and Dharamsala.
