Any good restaurants in Manali? Also location would help.

There are a bunch of good restaurants, it would help if you narrow down the search through some parameters . . . veg/non veg, expensive/cheap, cuisine preference!

Old Manali has a couple of great places . . . the Tibetan kitchen is outstanding, moon dance is pretty good too. Trout in the market near the bus stand (new manali) is worth a try too, as are the blood sausages if you're into that kind of thing!

Hi! Most locals say: best and cheapest tandoori chicken in town Frontier restaurant,in the market opposite Superbake. Best dhaba Vaishno Pangi dhaba in School street,I think this is the name of the road,before Lady Willingdon Hospital. Near Hadimba temple Il Forno is the best italian restaurant.

If you are interested in chinese, japanese food then 'chopsticks' at the mall road is best. Its ambience , food is great and also reasonable. Also try for local dish 'siddu' at the market area which is not easily available.
