Pls advise-honeymoon itinerary-Feb last week

Hi Folks,
I am newbie to this site n this is my first post..Found this site very useful..especially the reviews n experiences shared by you ppl..n now I seek your advice in planning my honeymoon trip to Shimla-Kullu-Manali in Feb last week..
After doing a lot of R&D , I finally managed to prepare for myself a detailed itinerary.Pls go thru it n suggest me if you guys have any better option...thereby making the trip more Wonderful

Feb 20: Hyderabad (Dept. 16:50 )- Delhi
(AP Sampark Kranti Express)

Feb 21: Reach Delhi arnd 6:00 PM
Proceed to Kalka (HWH-DLI-KLK Mail at 09:40 PM)

Feb 22: Reach Kalka at 04:40 AM
Proceed to Shimla (Shivalik Express/Queen at 05:30 AM)
Reach Shimla arnd 11 AM and check into HoneyMoon Inn.
After lunch,visit nearby places like Mall,Ridge,Jakhoo
temple,State museum,Viceregal lodge,Chadwick Falls etc.
Overnight stay at Honeymoon Inn,Shimla

Feb 23: Chail,Kufri,Naldehra,Tara Devi,Glen,Tattapani etc..
Overnight stay at Honeymoon Inn,Shimla

Feb 24: Proceed to Fagu and check into Peach Blossom.
After lunch,visit nearby places
Overnight stay at Peach Blossom,Fagu

Feb 25: Proceed to Manali and check into Log huts/Orchard huts.
After lunch,visit nearby places like Jagat Sukh,Arjun
gufa,Tibetan monasteris,Vashisht,Hadimba temple,Himalayan
National park etc..
Overnight stay at Log Huts,Manali

Feb 26: Check out in the morning and move Snow Valley resort.
After lunch,proceed to Solang Valley,Kothi,Rohtang
Pass,Manikaran
Overnight stay at Snow Valley resort,Manali

Feb 27: Proceed to Kullu,Manikaran and Naggar and visit nearby
places.
Overnight stay at The Castle,Naggar.

Feb 28: Proceed to Delhi and go for some shopping (if time
permits). Finally catch the Dakshin Exp(10:50 PM)

Mar 2: Reach Hyd at 05:00 AM.
Get back to WORK ,after a hopefully wonderful
honeymoon


Couple of doubts..
1)Pls suggest any other gud hotels in shimla besides Honeymoon Inn..n also comment on my choice of hotels in other places i mentioned above..
2)Is it worth staying at Peach bolssom,Fagu? or shall we proceed directly to Manali withuot a halt at Fagu???
3)Shall we book the hotels before?? or there is no need
(Since this is off-season, we cn get hotels at lesser rate if we negotiate there..wat say guys??)
4)how to book tickets for the Shivalik Queen not Shivalik Express)? Is it posible from hyd??

We are 2 couples n planning to hire a car right from Shimla till we reach delhi..

Any kind of info wud b of great help n highly appreciated!!
