Hi MK,
Yes, we did drive on our own, me and a friend. Managed to drive some 2800 KMs in 9 days..and the jeep held strong all along.. I did meet Naushad at Manali and stayed at his camps at Sarchu..which was horribly cold the day we reached there..was snowing and the water was frozen..but the camps are real high quality with very friendly service. I am still working on my complete travelogue and will post it for everyone's pleasure and use at the earliest. In the meanwhile, will be more then happy to answer any questions or doubts with regards to the entire circuit..my intent was also to acquire a lot of information besides enjoying the paradise. |
