Parvati Valley

Hey first post here! I will be travelling to India on the 1st of August and will fly into Delhi. From Delhi i was thinking about heading to Parvati Valley, but will i be able to do this in early August or will it be too wet? Im having trouble finding information on Parvati Valley's weather.
