Paragpur (Lodhi festival) and Mcleod Gadj (Dalai Lama)

2 German ladies (new forum member) will fly into Delhi late on December 31 and stay until end of January. We are trying to set up a timeschedule for our travel plans (Agra, Rajasthan, Himachal area and for his holyness Dalai Lama).

We are planning to come to Mcleod Ganj around January 5 until 8 (3-4 nights) and would also like to see Paragpur, as it is called a beautiful heritage village. I just saw at www.himachaltourism.nic.in, that there will be a Lohri Festival on January 13. and 14., but I cannot find any more information about Paragpur - nowhere. Does anybody know anything about this festival? Is there any website, to get some detailed information?

Do you also know how to find out, if and when his holyness Dalai Lama will be at Dharamshala?
